Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payments
 
All services must be scheduled through our website, app, or by phone. A deposit of 10% is due at the time of booking and will be applied to the final service price. Full payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed.
Prices may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and location. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, staffing, or operational constraints.
 
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund of the deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the deposit. However, we may waive the deposit penalty for one-time exceptions at our discretion.
If we are unable to access your vehicle at the scheduled time, you may be charged the full amount of service booked.
 
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
At Stellar Suds, we strive for excellence. If you’re not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll work to make it right—whether that’s a rewash or credit toward a future service.
 
4. Vehicle Condition
We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle presents safety concerns, contains hazardous materials, or has severe biohazards (e.g., mold, blood, pest infestation).
Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, stains, or neglected interiors/exteriors.
 
5. Damage & Liability
We are fully insured and trained to handle your vehicle with care. However, Stellar Suds is not liable for:
  • Pre-existing damage or wear
  • Cracked windshields, loose trim, or aged seals
  • Damage from poor prior repairs or aftermarket accessories
Please remove all valuables prior to service. Stellar Suds is not responsible for lost or missing items.
 
6. Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather (rain, snow, high wind), we may reschedule your service for safety and quality assurance. You will be notified as soon as possible.
 
7. Access Requirements
Please ensure vehicles are unlocked and accessible at the scheduled time. Water and power access may be required in certain service areas (we’ll notify you in advance if so).
 
8. Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased from Stellar Suds are non-refundable and do not expire. They are transferable and may be used for any service of equal or lesser value. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
 
9. Memberships & Recurring Billing
Memberships may be billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Members agree to a minimum 30-day commitment unless otherwise specified. Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Unused services in a billing cycle do not roll over unless stated in your plan. Membership benefits are valid for one vehicle unless otherwise specified.
 
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from minors.
 
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to all future bookings.
 
12. Booking Consent Clause
By scheduling a service with Stellar Suds, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You acknowledge responsibility for providing accurate information, access to the vehicle, and timely payment.
