TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Stellar Suds Mobile Wash services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

 

BOOKING & PAYMENTS

All services must be scheduled through our website, mobile app, or by phone.

A deposit of 10% is due at the time of booking and will be applied toward the final service price. Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and location. Stellar Suds reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, staffing, or operational constraints.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If we are unable to access your vehicle at the scheduled time, the full service amount may be charged.

We reserve the right to make one-time exceptions at our discretion.

 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work to resolve the issue through a rewash or service credit.

 

VEHICLE CONDITION & SERVICE REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle presents safety concerns or contains hazardous materials, including mold, biohazards, or pest infestation.

Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, stains, or heavily neglected interiors or exteriors.

 

DAMAGE & LIABILITY

Stellar Suds is fully insured and trained to handle vehicles with care.

However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Cracked windshields or glass

  • Loose trim or aged seals

  • Damage from poor prior repairs

  • Aftermarket accessories

Please remove all valuables prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or missing personal items.

 

WEATHER POLICY

In cases of inclement weather, including rain or high winds, we may reschedule services for safety and quality assurance. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.

 

VEHICLE ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

Vehicles must be accessible at the scheduled service time. In certain service areas, water or power access may be required (you will be notified in advance if necessary).

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire. They are transferable and may be used toward any service of equal or lesser value. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

 

MEMBERSHIPS & RECURRING BILLING

Memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Members agree to a minimum 30-day commitment unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 days before the next billing date to avoid charges.

Unused services do not roll over unless stated in your membership plan. Membership benefits apply to one vehicle unless otherwise specified.

 

SMS PROGRAM TERMS

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Stellar Suds Mobile Wash, you agree to receive text messages related to:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Service updates

  • Membership notifications

  • Loyalty rewards

  • Payment alerts

  • Promotional offers

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

 

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16.

 

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to future bookings.

 

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By booking a service with Stellar Suds Mobile Wash, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
